Job Description

What you will be doing as a Clinic Nurse: 

With the support of experienced colleagues and nursing leaders, at CBI Health you will be empowered to play a pivotal role to help clients and their families live their best lives in a variety of community settings. Your nursing practice will allow you to focus one on one with your client in their own home or in a local nursing clinic.

Requirements/Qualifications

What you will need to be successful

  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing

  • Completion wound, ostomy and continence education program, such as Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) designation, Advanced Wound certification such as Wound Ostomy and Continence Certified WOCC(C) recognized by the Canadian Nurses Association, International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) or Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN) 

  • Clear vulnerable sector screening 

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills 

  • Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset 

  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week 

  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
