Using clinical expertise this position supports the vision & strategic plans of our Wound Care Division in Canada. Working in partnership with the GM-Canada & VP of MPA-A, you'll develop and oversee the Canadian clinical strategy, aligning with annual marketing and sales objectives. As part of the Nationals Leadership team, you'll facilitate and develop both external clinical educational programs that support and drive sales growth and value-added material for our customers and internal education to support Area Manager (AM) clinical knowledge development. Additionally, the Clinical Manager facilitates the clinical sales strategy in focused accounts and supports the sales call pathway from a clinical orientation.


Here’s a closer look at the position:

  • Align with the corresponding National Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager to collaborate on improving overall team processes, monitor the effectiveness of clinical programs, and assist with planning to support sales and GPO strategies.

  • Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, nationally and regionally, (i.e. Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Legal and Regulatory, Px, Finance, and Medical Affairs) to achieve annual and long-term business objectives.

  • To develop and implement Advisory Boards, Focus Groups, and Forums and facilitate KOL programs throughout Canada that raise corporate or brand awareness and build strong relationships

  • Develop and implement the Clinical Sales Strategy with sales in top targeted accounts.

  • Deliver product-related programs, including professional education events, development of evidence (i.e., QIPs) and other peer-to-peer events to appropriate audiences and groups that grow or defend Molnlycke’s Wound Care product portfolio.

  • Develop implementation tools and deliver targeted account compliance programs where and when appropriate.

  • Provide training and support for new hires; Act as the primary clinical resource for AMs, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or other related medical training with active licenses (i.e. MD, PT, NP, PA); NSWOC preferred

  • English (primary language) and French (preferred)

  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible, clinically related experience with comprehensive knowledge of wound care products and companies through clinical experiences

  • Experience in presenting to large and small groups; Excellent written and oral communication

  • Experienced in developing, training and presenting wound care-related education

  • Overnight travel expectation is 50%

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain credentialing
