Wednesday, May 1: Pre-Conference Workshops
Our National Conference will start with a series of pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, May 1, which have limited capacities. Please read below for more information.
Thursday, May 2: NSWOCC Industry Advisory Council (NIAC) Industry and Science Day
Our NSWOCC Industry Advisory Council (NIAC) Industry and Science Day returns on Thursday, May 2, where will also have Opening Ceremonies and the official launch of our Exhibit Hall. The Industry and Science Day sessions are designed to bridge the gap between science and industry, providing a platform for attendees to delve deeper into the intersection of these two critical aspects. In the evening, NSWOCC Members will join the Annual Members Meeting. Following the meeting, all attendees are invited to attend our Premier Event: Posters, Products and Punch.

Friday, May 3
On Friday, May 3, we will continue the National Conference with a series of plenary and concurrent sessions on a myriad of wound, ostomy and continence topics. At the end of the day, we will host a western-themed networking event for all attendees and exhibitors to participate in. More information to come soon!
Saturday, May 4
On Saturday, May 4, another full day of wound, ostomy and continence education will take place in the form of both plenary and concurrent sessions. In the evening, the NSWOCC Banquet and WOC Institute Graduation Ceremony will take place where we will celebrate the achievements of our Members and congratulate our newly-graduated NSWOC, SWAN, and ISWA students.
Sunday, May 5
Finally, on Sunday, May 5, you have the choice to attend a repeated Debridement Workshop (duplicated this year to accommodate more people), or the highly-anticipated Indigenous Blanket Experience.

We are also happy to announce that we have frozen the cost of registration from last year. This year, we are looking forward to an improved registration & interactive experience using a brand-new conference app! After you register, you will be prompted to download the app in advance of the National Conference. Stay tuned for more announcements about the great features of the app!

Notice for NSWOCC Members
NSWOCC Members will be prompted to enter their Membership ID (Registration Number) when they register. To find your Registration Number, please log into your Membership Account at www.membersnswoc.ca. It will be listed in the purple box on your main account home screen.
Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-Conference Workshops on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 will take place in two concurrent slots, and are limited to capacities of 30 per workshop. Limited spots are available. To confirm your spot, please select your preferred workshop amongst the concurrent options in both slots if you intend on attending the conference on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Note that the Debridement Workshop will be held twice to accommodate more people: once on Wednesday, May 1, and once on Sunday, May 5.
