What you will need to be successful
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
Completion wound, ostomy and continence education program, such as the NSWOC Education program, recognized by the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET) - NSWOC designation
Advanced Wound certification such as Wound Ostomy and Continence Certified WOCC(C) recognized by the Canadian Nurses Association or
International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC)
Clear vulnerable sector screening
Access to a reliable and insured vehicle
A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel within Brant, Haldimand and/or Norfolk Counties
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
Ability to work 3-5 days per week
All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
