Debra Johnston

Debra Johnston is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Wound and Ostomy at University Health Network – Toronto General Hospital, where she has practiced for over 19 years. Her career has focused on evidence-informed care, best practice guideline development, mentorship, quality improvement, and advancing wound and ostomy nursing practice. She has contributed to national and international standards, position statements, and guideline initiatives, and has mentored NSWOCC students for more than 18 years.
