Exigences/Qualifications

What you will need to be successful


  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing

  • Completion wound, ostomy and continence education program, such as the NSWOC Education program, recognized by the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET) - NSWOC designation

  • Advanced Wound certification such as Wound Ostomy and Continence Certified WOCC(C) recognized by the Canadian Nurses Association or

  • International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC)

  • Clear vulnerable sector screening

  • Access to a reliable and insured vehicle

  • A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel within Brant, Haldimand and/or Norfolk Counties

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset

  • Ability to work 3-5 days per week

  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
